HAVE A QUESTION?

Please read our frequently asked questions regarding what’s available whilst staying with us during the event.

When can I check in?

You can check in at the Green Yurts reception located in the Premium Campsite, from 11am on Friday when gates open.

You may arrive any other day after according to the festival gate opening times.

Check-out is by 11am on Monday 25th August, 2025 and the car park closes at 1pm.

Please bring photo ID and a copy of your booking confirmation for check in.

Green Yurts will be located within the Premium Campsite which is accessed via the Premium Campsite entrance.

Join us at our new Elwood Park riverside campground. Easily one of the most picturesque spots on the estate to camp, accessed via a bridge that crosses the meandering waters of the River Avon, but still only a stones throw from the main arenas.

After your arrival, a reception will be open daily during your stay; the opening hours will be displayed onsite.

When the reception is closed, a 24-hour point of contact will be available for emergencies.

Are our festival entry tickets included in the price of the accommodation?

No, festival tickets are not included in your accommodation booking.

You must purchase a Premium Camping ticket for each member of your group from The Long Road website.

No, only the number of people you have booked for can stay in your accommodation.

If you would like to add any guests to your booking just reply via your booking email with your request and we’ll advise the addtional cost.

The deadline to add guests is 30.07.25.

We highly recommend you bring a torch, lots of layers as it can get chilly in the evenings, plenty of warm bedding (if this is not included within the package you have booked) and cosy pyjamas. Bringing an extra blanket is always a good idea just in case the night times are a little cooler.

The same applies to an Unfurnished.

What about toilets, showers?

We advise all guests against bringing unnecessary valuable items to the event and having handbags or purses on visual display in their accommodation.

There are no accessible facilities in the Premium Campsite.

I'm travelling by car. What are the parking arrangements?

A free shuttle will be provided from the festival bus stop to the campsite entrance gate.

What about the environment?

At Green Yurts we respect the environment and try our hardest to look after all the beautiful spaces where we set up camp. We welcome all guests’ help in keeping our campsite clean and tidy, separating waste out into the correct bin bags for recycling and assisting us in leaving no trace.

When teaming up with shower suppliers or water contractors we always make sure they are getting rid of their waste water in the correct way and being mindful of their wastage.

Where we can, we try to use renewable energy . We have solar panels fitted to our vans so when we are building on site we can be as self sufficient as possible.

We make it a top priority to ensure that all of our waste, and waste collected from our customers, is recycled properly. We use a recycling company to dispose of any waste at our warehouse.
