Available for private hire, Osea Island is the perfect blank canvas for all events from those seeking a natural and quiet escape for their guests to creating your own mini festival. Whatever the occasion, your event will be something your guests will talk about for years to come.
Reachable only by the causeway for a few hours a day, we ensure that we plan our logistics, deliverables and staffing in detail to ensure that events run on time.
Burghley Boutique supplies the Glamping for Burghley Horse Trials. With high-end accommodation offerings, equipped pamper area, luxury toilets and showers, ample communal seating and a on site restaurant and bar, guests can really relax in style during their stay. For entertainment we worked with the event, securing evening speakers from the industry for entertainment.
With our in-house team, we design and create signage for the site to fit in line with the naturalistic setting of Burghley. Our attention to detail ensures branding throughout the event is consistent, as we understand this is a valuable asset to a brand’s visual identity. This includes designing wristbands, websites, menus and more.
We have provided glamping for Live Nation at a number of festivals such as Wilderness, Download, Latitude, Reading & Leeds, Camp B, Creamfields & Boomtown. Glamping At The Ridings has been awarded Platinum rating for the second year running. Guests can enjoy their accommodation right next to the action, with luxury amenities and facilities, including but not limited to spa and pamper areas, a mini shop, 24 hour reception and more!
Our clients at Glampville wanted to create the ultimate glamping experience for 2000 guests with all bells and whistles for Glastonbury Festival goers. Behind the scenes, we created a booking website and manage their customer services, ensure all the right licensing and H&S is in place and using only our trusted suppliers ensure logistics and set up is completed in plenty of time for finishing touches like gift bags and information leaflets for their guests. There are accommodations in a range of structures, covering all budgets and guests can enjoy a range of amenities and facilities, including a bespoke spa and pamper area including hot tubs, saunas, IV drips, hair and makeup artists with bookable appointments with vetted professionals. Improving each year, we have introduced our own parking management system improving security and shuttle services to and from the festival.
