To check in at the Green Yurts Reception at The Ridings, you’ll need the lead booker’s name; no tickets or reference numbers are required.
To be able to access the MotoGP event, please make sure you have your event tickets and your Silverstone Tickets app. Please ensure this is readily available to present to stewards.
No problem at all! Guests may arrive before or after (as per check-in times) the leadbooker, quote their name at the Green Yurts at The Ridings Reception.
Once you’re on-site, the reception will be open between 8am and midnight. When the reception is closed, a 24-hour point of contact will be available for use in emergencies.
Bedding is included in all Furnished, Classic Deluxe or Super Deluxe bookings.
Bedding is not included in an Unfurnished, nor is it available.
A Winter 13.5 tog duvet with two pillows per person.
Linens to include a duvet cover, pillowcases and sheets.
One towel & one blanket per person.
A double power socket is included in all Deluxe or Super Deluxe.
Or available to add on to a Classic or Unfurnished.
The EHU for a pitch is different to the accommodation power.
Double power sockets (no USB sockets) are suitable for charging mobiles.
The power sockets are not ideal for higher-voltage devices such as hair dryers, curlers, straighteners, or kettles, as they can blow a fuse and disrupt the connection for others.
We will have a pamper tent equipped with vanity booths and hairdryers available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each EHU Pitch is 9x7m and must be booked for the amount of guests who plan to stay.
Each 9x7m allows for one live-in vehicle or one tent per pitch (plus a car if you have the space).

If you have booked a 9×7 m EHU Pitch, you may park on your pitch if you have space, or park in the nearby Car Park.

No, you will need to buy tickets before you book glamping, or a EHU Pitch.
TOP TIP: Once they’re available, ensure you have all relevant tickets downloaded for the duration of the weekend, as they will be checked at various points.

We highly recommend you bring a torch, lots of layers as it can get chilly in the evenings, plenty of warm bedding (if this is not included within the package you have booked) and cosy pyjamas.
Bringing an extra blanket is always a good idea just in case the night times are a little cooler.
If you have booked a pre-pitched tent, please note naked flames (camping stoves, candles, etc.) are not permitted inside – or outside of your tent or Yurt.

Yes. The use of BBQs are not permitted in any area of the The Ridings, including EHU Pitches.
If you have booked an EHU Pitch, stoves are permitted.
You may be located near friends if they have booked the same size structure, eg. Bell Tents, or a EHU Pitch
Please provide details when booking or at least one month before the event.
EHU Pitches will not be located near the Pre-Pitched tents or Yurts.
Please take note of the prohibited items at the glamping site ahead of your stay with us.

At The Ridings for MotoGP guests will have exclusive access to toilets, showers, pamper tent and communal chill out areas with outdoor seating, fire pits.
Food and drink will be available to buy at The Ridings to help you fuel for the day ahead, and there will be many other options in the main event arena.
The Happy Bee will offer hot & cold drinks, breakfast to late-night snacks.
Yes, for MotoGP parking is included with your Pre-Pitched and EHU Pitch booking.
Your Pre-Pitched booking allows for the following number of cars depending on guest numbers:
2 – 3 Guests: 1 Car
4 – 6 Guests: 2 Cars

If you have booked a Pre-Pitched tent or Yurt, you may park in the nearby Car Park.
