The festival will provide a Pamper Tent in Village, located next to the main showers and including mirrors, hair dryers, and straighteners.
Houghton will feature an improved Village Hall area as the perfect place to relax throughout the festival. Serving coffee and breakfast in the morning, followed by drinks, lunch and dinner throughout the day, it provides a great central meeting point for friends before heading into the festival.
The festival hosts showers, premium toilets, and a Pamper Area (including mirrors, hair dryers, and straighteners) located beside the entrance to the Boutique Lakeside campsite under a stretch tent.
Additional toilets are located on the other side of the Lakeside campsite.

Check-in will be open from Midday on Thursday when the festival opens.
Please feel free to arrive any day after, within the check-in times, according to the festival gate opening times.
Check out by 10h on Monday after the Festival.
The main Boutique entrance is used for both Boutique Village and Boutique Lakeside guests, as is the Boutique car park.
Guests will first pass through the festival ticket checkpoint, where they will receive their festival wristband. They should then make their way to the Boutique Reception Tent, located just beyond the entrance, where our reception team will check them in and direct them to their accommodation.
Note: Green Yurts does not request a name for each guest, only the Leadbooker, as the name provided at the time of booking.
No problem at all! Just follow the above instructions for arrival, head to the main reception for check-in and arrange for the lead booker to meet you there.
A team member will then take you to your glamping tent to join your party.

If coming by car, please make sure you purchase a Boutique car parking pass (1 required for every car)
The Car Park is only a short walk to the Boutique gates, where your festival ticket will be scanned, and then you can check in at reception.
If coming by train, the closest station is Kings Lynn, where a shuttle bus service will be running to the festival site.
Please make sure you pre-purchase your shuttle ticket via the Tune in Travel website. The Bus drop of is also located near the Boutique entrance.
The festival provides all the amenities and facilities across the Campsites.
For Village see below;
The main shower block is located in the centre of the campsite, with a smaller shower block close to the main arena entrance.
The Pamper Tent is located next to the main showers and includes mirrors, hair dryers, and straighteners.
Compost toilets are located throughout the campsite and are marked on the site map.
Boutique Village is the accessed directly via the main Boutique Entrance.
The Car park is conveniently positioned near the Boutique entrance so will be a short walk.
Coach drop-off and taxi drop-off area is also located near the Boutique entrance.
Power is not available for any Village options.
The festival provides Showers, premium toilets, and the Pamper Area (including mirrors, hair dryers, and straighteners) is located beside the entrance to the Boutique Lakeside campsite under a stretch tent.
Additional toilets are located on the other side of the Lakeside campsite.
Yes! Power will only be available in Lakeside.
Yes! All Lakeside rooms, including Classic Deluxe or Super Deluxe, include bedding and one towel per person.
Bedding is included in all Classic Deluxe or Super Deluxe bookings, or you have added it to a Furnished booking.
Bedding is not included in an Unfurnished booking, nor is it available.
A Winter 13.5 tog duvet with two pillows per person.
Linens to include a duvet cover, pillowcases and sheets.

Yes! Green Yurts will be providing a range of Boutique Camping options at both Houghton sites.
Starting with Village, which will feature Boutique Camping essentials, and to more premium options in Lakeside.
Just make sure you’re next to friends if you’d like to be on the same site!
Bedding is included in all bookings in Lakeside.
In the Village, make sure to check your booking email.
A Single and/or Double bedding packs consists of; a towel (per person) a blanket, Winter 13.5 tog duvet, two pillows, linens to include duvet cover, pillow cases and sheet.

For Houghton, you may be located near friends if they have booked the same size booking type in the same site – either Village or Lakeside.
Please provide details at the time of booking or at least one month prior to the festival.
No – you can only stay in Boutique Camping if you have booked Boutique Accommodation.
Only the number of guests who have officially booked in may stay with you. Note the deadline to add guests is 3-4 weeks prior to the event.
No – I’m afraid you can only stay in Boutique Camping if you are included in a booking so as not to overload the exclusive facilities.
To ensure availability, book everything you need in your first reservation to avoid disappointment nearer the event time.
