ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Location: RIAT Airshow, RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire.
Check-in: From 12pm chosen arrival day Wednesday 15th July or Friday 17th July, 2026
Complete Arrival Information will be emailed one week before the event.
Check out: by Monday 20th July, 2026 | by 11am
Procedure: Leave the tent as tidy as you can, with all of your belongings and get yourself home safely!
Additional info: We only accept happy people who have come to have a good time – so bring your A-game!
