Green Yurts is the closest campsite to the arena, and has an exclusive entrance to The Big Early.
Each person staying with Green Yurts will require either a 3 Day Camping + Big Early ticket or, if you’re arriving on Friday, a 3 Day Camping ticket, which can be purchased from the CarFest website here.

Yes. All Green Yurts guests will be able to access CarFest directly from the trackside; it is not necessary to go in and out via the Festival Entrance.
On arrival, all Green Yurt guests check in via Dadford Road.
Yes! All Green Yurts guests who have booked to arrive on Thursday and all have a Big Thursday (+ 3 Day Camping) ticket will be able to access CarFest directly from the Green Yurts site.
Yes! All Green Yurts guests who have booked directly will receive full details to help plan their arrival and stay at least 1 week prior.
If you wish to arrive from Thursday, you can arrive from 4pm on Thursday if you have a 3-Day Camping + Big Early ticket.
If you wish to arrive Friday, you may arrive from 8 am if you have a 3-Day Camping Ticket.
Check out is at 11am on Monday and the car park closes at 1pm.
If you and all guests have a 2026 CarFest 3-Day Camping Ticket + Big Early, you can check in with us from 4 pm on Thursday, 27th August 2026.

Yes the Big Early entertainment is just a short walk away from the glamping area and you will have full access to this.
Yes, this is possible and is subject to the Thu – Mon rates.
We would appreciate it if you could give us as much notice as possible. Just reply via your same booking email, or submit a Booking Update request via My Account. Once we have received your request we’ll issue an update for the additional cost and we’ll update your booking and payment due.
To check in at the Green Yurts Reception you’ll need the lead booker’s name; no tickets or reference numbers are required.
To access the CarFest event, please ensure you have your event tickets readily available to present to stewards.
No, that won’t be possible. A quick reminder to check the festival gate opening times and give yourself adequate time for the trip.
No problem at all! Guests may arrive before or after (as per check-in times) the leadbooker, quote their name at the Green Yurts Reception.
Children under 5 years old can stay for free if they bring their own travel cot or bed, or share with their parents. Otherwise, they must be included in the rates.
Yes, you will need to purchase valid 2026 CarFest Tickets.
If you’re looking to book with Green Yurts, all guests will need to have already secured their CarFest Ticket in advance.

No, any extra people must be paid for.
If you’re keen for a place to hang or store clothes, take a look at our Super Deluxe Yurts, Tipis or Bedouins for options with with rails, or any Classic or Deluxe Yurts.
Power supplied in the tents is a lead with UK standard twin socket on mains voltage (220-240v)
The power source supplied is unsuitable for devices such as kettles, hairdryers or fridges, and we kindly request guests to refrain from using them to avoid any danger or pressure to the circuit.
A 12V fridge cooler can be used just make sure you bring the necessary adaptor for the standard uk 3 pin sockets
Yes! If you have power included, or have added you will be able to use a 12v fridge cooler.
Green Yurts do not hire any fridges.
No these are not allowed in the glamping area.
We highly recommend you bring a torch, lots of layers as it can get chilly in the evenings, plenty of warm bedding (if this is not included within the package you have booked) and cosy pyjamas. Bringing an extra blanket is always a good idea just in case the night times are a little cooler.

Yes, Breakfast is included in all bookings for CarFest. Subject to the number of guests selected during the booking process.
There will be food and drink available to buy within the Glamping Campsite to help you fuel for the day ahead as well as a host of other options in the main festival arena.
If you opted to add power at the time of booking or by the deadline, it will be included in your tent or yurt.
Power is not available to add on to an existing booking after the 15th August, 2026.
Guests will have exclusive access to toilets, showers, a pamper tent and communal chill-out areas with outdoor seating, fire pits and food options within the Glamping Campsite.
Please notify us of any requirements before booking your tent with us and we can ensure that we will have adequate facilities in place for you.
The Glamping Campsite will be located in The Ridings.
There will be security at the entrance allowing only wristbanded guests into the campsite.
Green Yurts cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
We advise all guests against bringing unnecessary valuable items to the event and having handbags or purses on visual display in their tent.
Yes! All guests staying with Green Yurts will not need a CarFest Parking Pass.

The Glamping car park is the closest car park to the event, only a short walk into the Ridings. There will be a buggy service to take you and your luggage through.
Ahead of the event you will be sent detailed information about directions and entry process.
At Green Yurts we respect the environment and try our hardest to look after all the beautiful spaces where we set up camp. We welcome all guests’ help in keeping our campsite clean and tidy, separating waste out into the correct bin bags for recycling and assisting us in leaving no trace.
When teaming up with shower suppliers or water contractors we always make sure they are getting rid of their waste water in the correct way and being mindful of their wastage.
Where we can, we try to use renewable energy . We have solar panels fitted to our vans so when we are building on site we can be as self sufficient as possible.
We make it a top priority to ensure that all of our waste, and waste collected from our customers, is recycled properly. We use a recycling company to dispose of any waste at our warehouse.
