Please note the deadline to make any update to a booking is 4 weeks before the event.
Submission Guidelines: All requests must be submitted directly by the lead booker using the email address associated with the original booking. We are unable to process requests sent from email addresses without a booking.

- We do not request all the individual names per booking, only the one name as provided at the time of booking is required.
- Please only select the Booking update ‘Add Guests’ if you wish to increase the amount of guests in your booking.
If you would like to update your booking, such as; new bed type layout, upgrade furnish type, add guests and/or increase tent size, please reply via your same booking email to reach the dedicated team member at bookings@greenyurts.co.uk.
