CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Frame
Each yurt features a hand-crafted wooden lattice wall (khana) forming a sturdy cylindrical base, topped with a central compression ring (toono) and radiating roof poles. This clever engineering creates a self-supporting, domed structure that feels both spacious and intimate.
Covering
Our yurts are clad in a high-performance 12oz Regentex canvas — a fire-, water-, and rot-proof material that ensures superior weather protection and long-lasting durability. Beneath the outer cover, natural felt layers can be added to provide exceptional thermal insulation, keeping the space warm in winter and cool in summer.
Zipable Groundsheet & Crown Cap
Our zip-in groundsheet securely attaches to the yurt walls, creating a tight, reliable seal that keeps water, insects, and debris outside where they belong. Both the groundsheet and crown cap are crafted from heavy-duty PVC, a fully waterproof and highly durable material designed to withstand years of use in all weather conditions.
